Thrill The World NYC is going to THRILL ASTORIA PARK, QUEENS THIS Saturday October
24th!!

Are you ready?! Are you excited? I sure am!
So hold onto your broomsticks, candlesticks, and other weird pointy things we are
afraid of...cause here we go! Can you believe we got sponsorship from "Kits and
Expendables" for the 10 tables, 40 chairs, and THE Generator? Of course now we are
renting a u-haul but that's cheaper then the equipment right?! So Thank you to Kits
and Expendables!

This IS a Rain or Shine event! Guys...buy your PONCHOS before coming to the park
(to cover yourself and your costumes), bring umbrellas, rain boots, and warm clothing,
cause unfortunately it looks like it's going to rain! :(
Don't worry though, the Wicked Witch is not registered as yet and most definitely
will not be attending....so YAY!
1. Where we are dancing: Astoria Park -The Great Lawn
(Field Area on 23rd Ave & 19th Street)
Take the N or W to the last stop DITMARS BLVD-ASTORIA STATION.
(On this street...Grab water, blood, brains/snacks, whatever you forgot to bring
before coming to the park!!)
Walk up one block till you are on Ditmars Blvd then make a left and walk towards

2. OK. So, you should arrive between 2pm-4pm for 1st check in/Registration:
So, please double check your profile in the mailing list that you included your
first name and last name and not just your email address. At the bottom of this
email is the "Update profile/email address" link, just click on it and update your

But, basically YOU will need to arrive with or in zombie or Halloween costume, and
be ready to hang out and have a good time. Bring food and water, Bring food and
water for a friend, and if you are expecting friends and family to come watch you
they will need to bring a chair to sit on. Bring mirrors and towels and toilet paper
if you think you will need it. Bring your camera and tell your friends to bring
theirs so we can post this on youtube! If anyone is driving there will be free parking
at Astoria Park. We have some wonderful prizes to give away and of course we have
the fabulous DJDEEJAY spinning. So, bring Frisbees, bring footballs, bring a slip
and slide, you get the point!
4pm-6pm we will have an area where you can apply your makeup.
6pm-6:30pm is our Final Dress Rehearsal (minimum run 4 times)
6:30pm-7:30pm is the official COUNT in for WORLD RECORDS.
7:30pm-8pm is PHOTOS
8-8:25- Stand time/Tribute to Michael
8:30pm THRILL TIME!
8:36pm-9:36 Count Out, Give-Aways (after cleaning the field...lol)
9:36pm-10:06pm Clean up and leave.

coming from the subway and zombie crawling to the park.
4. TTWNYC NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!
If you can come early to help set up it would be greatly appreciated! Please see

*Volunteer Grim Reaper Zombies-Point the way to the park from the subway.
-Arrive at 1:30pm
*Production/Registration Staff - Help with setup and breakdown day of-assist zombies
with getting to the space on time as well as make sure everyone is properly registered
for World Records. -Arrive at 12pm
*Makeup Artists-donate time the day of to create zombie faces -Arrive around 3:30pm.

And as you know we are currently selling the official Thrill The World NYC bracelets.
We will be selling them on the day of for $5, Also we are selling TTW T-shirts
for only $10 so bring some cash if you want to get a piece of this historic event.
